At Capri Amsterdam we make sure that your order is processed and shipped with care. Below you will find all information about our shipping procedure, delivery times and what to expect after your order.


1. Processing and shipping

Once your order is placed, it will be processed through our system.
You will automatically receive an email with a track & trace link as soon as your package has been shipped.


2. Delivery time

The average delivery time is between 2 and 15 working days , depending on the specific model and availability.

Some sneakers are delivered directly, others are first requested from our suppliers. This may cause delivery times to vary.

In some cases, delivery may take a little longer, for example due to delays at the carrier or customs. If this is the case, we will inform you.


3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be automatically displayed during checkout.

Free shipping is possible for certain promotions or above a certain order amount. This is clearly stated on the website or in your shopping cart.


4. Tracking and updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Please note: it may take some time before the tracking information is visible to the carrier.


5. Delivery problems

If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at info@capri-amsterdam.com . We are happy to help you.

Capri Amsterdam is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or other external factors beyond our control.


6. Incorrect address provided

Always check your address carefully before placing an order.

Did you make a mistake in your address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address as long as your order has not been shipped.


7. Unclaimed or refused packages

If a package is not collected from a collection point or is refused, additional return costs may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
