Capri Amsterdam Returns and Cancellation Policy

At Capri Amsterdam we do everything we can to make you happy with your order. Still not satisfied with your sneakers or do you want to cancel your order? No problem. You can easily return or cancel your order via our system.
Return period
You have 30 days to return your sneakers, starting from the day you received the package.
Returns conditions
In order to process a return, the sneakers must meet the following conditions:

The sneakers are unworn, undamaged and in original condition.

The original shoe box is undamaged and is protected with an outer box

The soles are clean and show no signs of use

There are no folds, creases or odor traces on or in the sneakers

If included: the Capri Amsterdam tag is still attached to the item

The return must be sent with the label that is generated through our system. Returns sent outside of our system will not be accepted
⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused or charges may be deducted.
⚠️ The original shoe box should never be used as shipping packaging. Packages without protective outer packaging will be refused as standard.
Exceptions to returns:
An exception to the right of withdrawal applies to products with a mystery or blind box element, such as Labubu blind boxes .
Because the contents are unknown and the element of surprise is at the heart of the product, returns or exchanges are not possible .
This is in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.
How does returning work?

Model and size of the sneakers you wish to return -
You will receive from us:
A payment link for the return label
The return label itself once payment has been received
Packing and Shipping Instructions -
Send your sneakers:
Always in a sturdy outer box
With the label supplied via our system
Insured and traceable
Return costs and responsibility
The costs for the return label are at your own expense and are paid via the payment link
Capri Amsterdam is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments outside of our system
Only returns that have been correctly registered and received via our system will be processed.
International Returns
For customers outside the Netherlands:
Any import duties or return taxes are at your own expense
If Capri Amsterdam pays these costs upon receipt, they will be deducted from the amount to be refunded
Returns without prepaid duties may be refused
Swap
We do not offer an exchange service. Do you want a different size or model?
Please place a new order and return the original pair using the instructions above.
Refund
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Please note: it may take a few days before the amount is visible on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.
Cancelling an order
Do you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped? This is possible under the following conditions:
Cancellation is only possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
For cancellations we charge an administration fee of 15 euros.
Has your order already been shipped? Then you can return the package according to the return policy

Reason for cancellation
Once we receive and confirm your request, you will receive instructions and we will process the refund within 5 business days.
