Returns and Cancellation Policy
At Capri Amsterdam, we do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your order. Still not satisfied with your sneakers or want to cancel your order? No problem. You can easily submit a return request or request a size change through our returns portal.
Return period
You have 30 days to return your sneakers, starting from the day you received the package.
Returns Policy
In order to process a return, the sneakers must meet the following conditions.
- The sneakers are unworn, undamaged and in original condition
- The original shoe box is undamaged and is protected with a sturdy outer box
- The soles are clean and show no signs of wear
- There are no folds, creases or odor traces present
- If included: the Capri Amsterdam tag is still attached to the item
- The return will be sent with the return label created through our system.
Exceptions to returns
For products with a surprise element, such as blind box items where the contents are unknown in advance, the right of withdrawal may be excluded. Because the element of surprise is the core of the product, returns or exchanges are not possible. This is in accordance with Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code.
Sale returns and store credit
Items purchased from our sale collection are covered by a separate policy within our returns policy. Returns of sale items are processed as store credit under this policy. Refunds are not possible under this sale policy. Exchanges are also not covered by this policy.
- You can return a sale item within 30 days of receipt for store credit.
- Shop credit cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for a subsequent order at Capri Amsterdam
- Store credit will only be awarded after the return has been received, checked and approved.
- Return costs are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.
- This sale arrangement applies in addition to your statutory rights when purchasing remotely, such as the right of withdrawal within the statutory cooling-off period
How does returning work?
All returns are registered through our returns portal. Here, you enter your details and choose whether you want to exchange for a different size or return with a refund.
Sending your return
Once you receive the return label, follow these steps.
- Pack the sneakers in the original shoe box and place it in a sturdy outer box
- Stick the label clearly on the outer box
- Deliver the package to the specified carrier
- Always keep your shipping receipt with track and trace
Return costs and responsibility
- The costs for the return label are at your own expense.
- Capri Amsterdam is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments that fall outside of our system.
- Only returns that have been correctly registered via the returns portal will be processed.
International Returns
The following conditions apply to customers outside the Netherlands.
- Any import duties and return taxes are your own responsibility.
- If Capri Amsterdam has to pay these costs upon receipt, they will be deducted from the amount to be refunded
- Returns without prepaid duties may be refused.
Swap
You can exchange for a different size through the returns portal. First, return the original pair. Once your return is approved, our team will discuss the best size and how it will be processed.
Refund
After receiving and approving your return, we will process the refund via your original payment method within 5 business days. It may then take a few days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Cancelling an order
Cancellation is possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
- Once the product has been ordered from our supplier, cancellation is usually no longer possible
- In exceptional situations, our team will assess whether cancellation is still possible.
- If you can cancel at that time, we will charge an administration fee of 20 euros.
- If your order has already been shipped, you can return it via this return policy

Once approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
