Order

How do I place an order?
Choose your favorite pair of sneakers, select your size, and click "Add to Cart." Then follow the steps in checkout to complete your order.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we'll start processing it immediately. Please contact us via live chat as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we may still be able to assist you.

What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is on average between 2 and 15 business days, depending on your location and the specific product.

Please note that some products are sourced from our suppliers both within and outside the EU. This may result in longer delivery times in some cases. Customs inspections and clearance may also take additional time.

We have no influence on the exact schedules of carriers or customs processes and are therefore not responsible for any delays that may arise as a result.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace link by email to track your package.

Returns

Can I return my sneakers?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. The sneakers must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How do I report a return?
You can easily request a return via our live chat. Please state:
  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for return
You will then receive the return instructions and a payment link for the return label.
Are the return costs at my expense?
Yes, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Always use a traceable shipping method and ensure the sneakers are well protected. Returns must always be submitted through our live chat.
What if my return package is lost?
We are only responsible for returns that have been correctly registered through our live chat and have actually arrived. Therefore, always send your return with tracking.

Product information

Are your sneakers new and original?
Yes. All our sneakers are 100% new, unworn, and original. We don't sell replicas or used products.
My size is sold out, will it come back?
Yes, you can. Sign up for a restock notification for the product in question or contact us via live chat. We'll let you know as soon as your size is available again.
