Order
How do I place an order?
Choose your favorite pair of sneakers, select your size and click Add to Cart. Then follow the steps in the checkout to complete your order.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we will start processing it immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@capri-amsterdam.com . If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may still be able to help you.

What are the shipping costs?

Other EU countries: €5.95 shipping costs
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is on average between 2 and 15 working days, depending on your location and the specific product.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email to track your package.
Returns
Can I return my sneakers?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. The sneakers must be returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.
How do I report a return?
Send an email to info@capri-amsterdam.com and include:

You will then receive the return instructions and a payment link for the return label.
Are the return costs at my expense?
Yes, the return costs are at your own expense. Always use a traceable and well-protected shipping method. Returns must be registered via our system.
What if my return package is lost?
We are only responsible for returns that have been correctly registered and have actually arrived at our premises. So always send your return with tracking and via our return process.
Product information
Are your sneakers new and original?
Yes. All our sneakers are 100% new, unworn and original. We do not sell replicas or used products.
My size is sold out, will it come back?
Yes, you can. Sign up for a restock notification for the product in question or contact us. We will then keep you informed when your size is available again.
Pay
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept iDEAL, Klarna, credit card, Bancontact and payments via Shopify Payments, among others.
Can I pay afterwards?
Yes, with Klarna Pay Later you can pay for your order afterwards.
