Welcome to Capri Amsterdam. By placing an order via our webshop you agree to the terms and conditions below. We recommend that you read these carefully before making a purchase.

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop www.capri-amsterdam.com . By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on our website include VAT.
You can pay via secure payment methods such as iDEAL, Klarna, credit card or other available options.
Capri Amsterdam reserves the right to change prices and products at any time.

4. Delivery

We ship orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and other countries within the European Union.
Orders are processed on business days. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 15 business days , depending on the country of destination and the type of product.

For shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, shipping is free. For other EU countries, we charge ā‚¬5.95 shipping costs.
Capri Amsterdam is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.

5. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt .
Returns are only possible if the sneakers are returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please see our Returns Policy for full instructions.

For international returns, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Complaints

Do you have a complaint about your order or our service? Please contact us via info@capri-amsterdam.com .
We will do our best to provide a suitable solution within 48 hours .

7. Warranty

We only supply new, original and unworn sneakers.
If a product is defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days.
We will assess your report and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Liability

Capri Amsterdam is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damage

  • Loss or damage during transport by third parties

  • Errors or incomplete information provided by the customer

9. Force Majeure

Capri Amsterdam is not obliged to fulfil any obligation in situations of force majeure, such as strikes, delays by carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Applicable law

All agreements with Capri Amsterdam are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where Capri Amsterdam is located.
