Welcome to Capri Amsterdam. By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the webshop www.capri-amsterdam.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Prices and payment
- All prices on our website include VAT
- You can pay via secure payment methods such as iDEAL, Klarna, credit card or other available options
- Capri Amsterdam reserves the right to change prices and products at any time.
Delivery
- We ship orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and other countries within the European Union.
- Orders are processed on working days
- The estimated delivery time is 2 to 15 working days, depending on the country of destination and the type of product.
- Capri Amsterdam is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances
- Free shipping applies to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
- For other EU countries we charge €5.95 shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout where applicable
Returns
- You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns are only possible when the sneakers are returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Return costs are at your own expense
- For international returns, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These may be deducted from the refund amount.
- You can return a sale item within 30 days of receipt for store credit.
- Shop credit cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for a subsequent order at Capri Amsterdam
- Store credit will only be awarded after the return has been received, checked and approved.
- Return costs are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.
- This sale arrangement applies in addition to your statutory rights when purchasing remotely, such as the right of withdrawal within the statutory cooling-off period
Complaints
Do you have a complaint about your order or our service? Please contact us via the live chat on our website. We'll do our best to provide a suitable solution within 48 hours.
Warranty
- We only supply new, original and unworn sneakers.
- If a product is defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days via live chat.
- We will assess your report and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Liability
Capri Amsterdam is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damage
- Loss or damage during transport by third parties
- Errors or incomplete information provided by the customer
Force majeur
Capri Amsterdam is not obligated to fulfill any obligation in situations of force majeure, such as strikes, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Capri Amsterdam. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where Capri Amsterdam is located.
Gift Card Policy
Capri Amsterdam offers digital gift cards that can be used for purchases in the official webshop. Gift cards have a monetary value in euros and can be used as payment for any product available on the website.
