Prices and payment

  • All prices on our website include VAT
  • You can pay via secure payment methods such as iDEAL, Klarna, credit card or other available options
  • Capri Amsterdam reserves the right to change prices and products at any time.

Delivery

Dispatch
  • We ship orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and other countries within the European Union.
  • Orders are processed on working days
  • The estimated delivery time is 2 to 15 working days, depending on the country of destination and the type of product.
  • Capri Amsterdam is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances
Postage costs
  • Free shipping applies to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
  • For other EU countries we charge €5.95 shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout where applicable

Returns

  • You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returns are only possible when the sneakers are returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • Return costs are at your own expense
  • For international returns, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These may be deducted from the refund amount.
Sale returns and store credit
Items purchased from our sale collection are covered by a separate policy. Returns will receive store credit. Refunds are not available for sale items within this policy. Exchanges are also not covered by this sale policy.
  • You can return a sale item within 30 days of receipt for store credit.
  • Shop credit cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for a subsequent order at Capri Amsterdam
  • Store credit will only be awarded after the return has been received, checked and approved.
  • Return costs are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.
  • This sale arrangement applies in addition to your statutory rights when purchasing remotely, such as the right of withdrawal within the statutory cooling-off period

Warranty

Applicable law

Gift Card Policy

Capri Amsterdam offers digital gift cards that can be used for purchases in the official webshop. Gift cards have a monetary value in euros and can be used as payment for any product available on the website.

Gift cards are digital and can be used for purchases in the official webshop. Their value is in euros and can be used for any available product.
Validity
The gift card is valid for two years from the date of purchase. After this period, the card and any remaining balance will automatically expire. There will be no refunds or compensation for unused amounts.
Usage
Gift cards can be used in one or more transactions until the full balance is spent. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another payment method. Gift cards cannot be combined with other discount codes, unless otherwise stated.
No cash payout
A gift card or remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be refunded to a bank account. The value can only be used for purchases at Capri Amsterdam.
Loss or misuse
Capri Amsterdam is not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of gift cards. The unique gift card code serves as proof of ownership. Customers are responsible for keeping this code safe.
Returning purchases paid with a gift card
If an order that was partially or fully paid for with a gift card is returned, the portion paid with the gift card will be refunded in the form of a new gift card. The portion paid with a different payment method will be refunded to that same payment method. There will be no cash refunds for amounts originally paid with a gift card.
Delivery of digital gift cards
Digital gift cards are automatically delivered after successful payment. There are no shipping costs. Capri Amsterdam is not liable for delayed or incorrect delivery if an incorrect email address is provided when ordering.
Promotional gift cards
Gift cards issued free or at a discount as part of a promotion, loyalty program, influencer reward, or compensation are considered promotional gift cards. These may have a shorter validity, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, misused, or expired. Combining them with other promotions is only possible if explicitly stated.
Fraud, errors and abuse
Capri Amsterdam reserves the right to block or invalidate gift cards if fraud, misuse, manipulation, or technical errors are suspected. Capri Amsterdam may also invalidate or correct a gift card if the price or value is incorrect. In these cases, the purchase or use may be refused until the situation has been investigated.
Termination or change of business activities
If Capri Amsterdam permanently ceases its business operations, all unredeemed gift cards will expire upon the official confirmation of the closure. In that case, there is no right to a refund, compensation, or replacement of the remaining balance.

In the event that Capri Amsterdam transfers its business in whole or in part to a third party, Capri Amsterdam may choose to transfer the outstanding gift cards to maintain their validity, or to declare them invalid prior to the transfer by giving written notice via the website.

In the event of bankruptcy, suspension of payments, business closure due to force majeure, or other circumstances beyond Capri Amsterdam's control, any right to use gift cards expires. Capri Amsterdam accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the expiration or inability to use gift cards in these situations.
Transfer and use by third parties
Gift cards are transferable to third parties, provided they are not resold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Capri Amsterdam.
